Laura is from Forney, Texas, home of the Fighting Jackrabbits. Drawing has always been a passion, for Laura. When she wasn’t drawing, she was riding and showing horses.

After High School, she attended and graduated from TJC with an Associate in Science and a degree in Computer Aided Drafting. After graduation, she launched her career in Tyler, Texas working for two prominent Architectural Firms. Starting as a drafter, working her way through all aspects of both Firms. Eventually becoming a project manager for several years. In 2007, she moved back Dallas briefly, which gave her an opportunity to go work for a Design Firm.

She has 18 years of experience in Project Management having overseen over 100 Taco Bell, Long John Silver, KFC, A&W Restaurants and Pizza Hut’s, Twin Peaks (Addison, TX.), Mexico Restaurants (CA, CO, IL), Woodlands Restaurant (Allen, TX), and Bengal Coast Restaurant (Dallas, TX). On top of her project management of both fast food and upscale restaurants, Laura, has also managed several city projects and community centers including Smith County Juvenile Detention Center, Rusk County Jail, TASCA, Lakeview Methodist Church and many other churches. Her range of experience also includes working hand in hand with design Build Construction Company’s.
